As an Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our corporate website, implementing SEO and SEA strategies, and driving lead generation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance user experience and maximize website performance. This role requires a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and digital marketing strategies.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Website Management

• Maintain, update, and continuously improve the company website to enhance performance and user experience.
• Implement best practices to ensure seamless navigation and high engagement.

✔ Content Management

• Create, update, and optimize website content using our current CMS (TYPO3).
• Actively participate in CMS migration decisions and future system upgrades.

✔ SEO & SEA

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and other SEA initiatives to boost online presence.
• Utilize SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix) to track and optimize performance.

✔ Data Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze conversion rates and make data-driven decisions to enhance lead generation.

✔ Lead Generation

• Optimize website structure, content, and conversion paths to attract high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.

✔ Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with developers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall user experience.

🎯 Job Requirements

✅ Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in website management, content management, or online marketing.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (TYPO3, WordPress, or similar platforms).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix) and SEA platforms (Google Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Passion for website optimization, UX improvement, and lead generation.
